How do I get started?
Sign up, create a Brand Persona (name, archetype, tone sliders, optional writing samples), then open Niche Pulse to scan rising content in your niche. Pick a reference, and generate a carousel in Canvas or a long-form piece in Docs.
Why should I upload writing samples?
Samples are used as few-shot exemplars in every generation prompt. Without them the AI relies on generic tone descriptors; with them, output matches your actual sentence rhythm, vocabulary, and hook patterns.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. Everything works in the browser — no CLI, no API keys required to use the product.
Can I export my content?
Yes. Docs export to PDF, DOCX, and ZIP. Canvas exports individual slide PNGs and a ZIP bundle. Calendars export as ZIP.
What languages are supported?
English and German at the interface level. Generation can target any major language via the Brand Persona language setting.
My generation failed or ran out of credits — what now?
Check your credit balance in the sidebar pill. Top up via Billing. If a generation errored, it's usually safe to retry. If it persists, email hello@veritywriter.com with the project ID.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your source material and generated content are stored in your account and never used to train shared models. See the Terms for details.
When is video generation coming?
Q3 2026. Until then, Canvas and Docs cover every static format you need for TikTok carousels, Reels posts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and long-form PDFs.
